PETITION TO STOP THE TOWER
Opposition To Z-51-19
The undersigned opposes case number Z-51-19, which would make the northeast corner of 7th Street and Thomas a PUD zoning district, allowing a tower of up to 110 feet in height, reducing open space requirements, permitting a parking podium to be build on the corner, and creating a parking problem for the area. This type of project belongs in a Village Core or in the Light Rail corridor.
